Hawthorne Community Involvement

Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has been involved in many different charity events. Hawthorne sponsors non-profit community events like the March of Dimes charity and Safe Nest-a non-profit group that aims to reduce domestic violence in Nevada. This year, the company received an award from the March of Dimes Foundation for its continuous support and donation of time and funding.
Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating & Cooling also donates time to the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, a religious group dedicated to providing physical and spiritual aid for those in need. The Hawthorne team frequently joins in their community outreach projects, such as handing out food to the homeless in the community. The company is also involved in the Caring 4 Kids Foundation, caring for Clark County homeless children, and will be sponsoring the inaugural Kids Helping Kids Walk for Hunger in October 2011. They also volunteer with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and participate in their charitable efforts.
Corporate stewardship is a company core value. Even through our current recession, the company continues to donate time and effort. With the recent growth of the business into a home services company, he is looking forward to donating more funding and time to additional charitable organizations in his community.
Professional organizations include: Green Plumbers, Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors, Mechanical Service Contractors Association, Success Group International, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. The company also received the Specialty Contractor Award in 2008 and the AHS Top Contractor Award in 2010.
